The project transformed an underutilized parking lot into a 100% Affordable Housing development that includes a public health clinic, which is operated by University Hospital, an anchor institution in Newark. 20 Littleton opened in 2023 and provides units affordable to households at a range of incomes as well as for households who were formerly homeless.
