MSquared, LMXD, and Taconic Partners collaborated to transform a near full city block in Upper Manhattan into an approximately 700 unit mixed-income, mixed-use multifamily development. Miramar provides Affordable Housing as well as 85,000 SF of amenities, including three expansive courtyard gardens and easy access to midtown Manahattan, New Jersey, Westchester and Connecticut. The project also includes community-serving retail, and a permanent home for the People’s Theatre, Manhattan’s largest performing arts organization north of Harlem.
