Kōz on Wetmore is a 169-unit mixed-income, sustainable, transit-oriented development located in the heart of downtown Everett, WA, just 25 miles north of Seattle. Everett is home to major employers including Boeing, Providence Regional Medical Center, and Naval Station Everett. The project will serve the city’s growing workforce by setting aside Affordable units. Kōz on Wetmore is MSquared’s third project with woman-led, Kōz Development.

Construction began in July 2025, and completion is slated for early spring 2027.
