Loma is a 370-unit mixed‐income ground‐up multifamily development in the rapidly developing North Oak Cliff area of Dallas, TX, which sits just 10 minutes from downtown. As one of the fastest growing metros in the nation, Dallas Fort-Worth is struggling with a housing shortage and single-family homes have become too expensive for many households. Loma will deliver Class A housing, with units affordable to low- and moderate-income tenants, along with high-end amenities, including a courtyard with a resort-style swimming pool, a rooftop sky lounge, fitness room, co-working spaces, children’s play areas, and a dog park.

Loma is MSquared’s second project in partnership with woman-led firm, Mintwood Real Estate. Construction began in 2025 and is slated for completion in 2027.
