Museum Parc

Museum Parc is a transformative development that will play a critical role in creating a walkable, cultural hub in downtown Newark. When complete, the 250-unit mixed-income, mixed-use project will include deeply affordable housing along with 9,000 square feet of exhibition gallery and pavilion space for the Newark Museum of Art that will add to the city’s growing Arts and Cultural district. The project is adjacent to major Newark employers and institutions and provides easy access to midtown Manhattan in under 40 minutes via public transit.
