Oakhouse is a 219-unit mixed-income ground-up multifamily development in the North Oak Cliff neighborhood near Bishop Arts, just 10 minutes from downtown Dallas.
One of the first projects executed in partnership with Dallas’s Public Facility Corporation, Oakhouse ensures long-term affordability in a city that has seen significant rent increases and unprecedented population growth. More than half of the units at Oakhouse are set aside as Affordable Housing, and all residents, regardless of income level, have access to the incredible amenities like a swimming pool, skylounge and patio, fitness center, and playroom.
"Half of the units at Oakhouse are set aside for households making up to 80 percent of area median income. There are so many people moving to Dallas, and so many people who are looking to spend somewhere between $1,300 to $1,800 for a one-bedroom unit, and not enough options that exist this proximate to downtown Dallas."
