The Anthem at Square 10

Located on the former site of the New Haven Coliseum, The Anthem is the anchor of a new transit-oriented neighborhood within walking distance of Union Station and the Medical District in downtown New Haven. The 200-unit project includes market-rate units alongside units that are affordable to families at a range of incomes, as well as high-quality amenities, over 15,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, and 25,000 square feet of public open space. When all the phases are complete, the master plan will transform and revitalize this integral corner of New Haven, providing a critical gateway to downtown.
