The Clark on 54th is a mixed-income, mixed-use, transit-oriented development project in the Crenshaw neighborhood of Los Angeles, CA.
The ground-up project with views of the Hollywood hills is being developed by a women-owned development firm and a minority-owned firm and will include deeply affordable units. In partnership with Destination Crenshaw, a transformative initiative that is spurring revitalization without displacement along the historically African American corridor, The Clark will also include 2,100 square feet of retail space for locally-based businesses.
