The Renaissance on Jefferson

The Renaissance on Jefferson is a 66-unit mixed-income, sustainable development with a fully electric residential building that will have a geothermal loop system and photovoltaic solar panels on the roof.

The project is located in North Nashville, directedly adjacent to Fisk University and Meharry Medical College. There is a non-residential condominium adjacent to the project which will include commercial spaces for a regional black-owned bank that is an anchor in North Nashville and for Corner to Corner, a community-led nonprofit where historically underestimated Nashvillians come together to launch small businesses, sharing knowledge, resources, and networks. The Project Sponsor is a MBE developer with deep ties to the community.
