In partnership with the Philadelphia Housing Authority (PHA) and LMXD, Westpark will transform a 12-acre vacant, public housing campus in West Philadelphia into a thriving transit-oriented, mixed-income community.

The initial phase will deliver 327 new housing units (190 of which will be affordable), community-oriented retail, and 2 acres of public open space – revitalizing the community and reconnecting residents to the nearby SEPTA station.

“I am excited by the transformation coming to West Park. During one of the worst housing crises the city has ever seen, we need to do everything we can to preserve and create affordable housing and provide low-income families with high quality, stable homes."
