In partnership with the Philadelphia Housing Authority (PHA), Westpark will transform a 12-acre vacant, public housing campus in West Philadelphia into a thriving 1,000-unit transit-oriented, mixed-income community. The project will include 400 public housing replacement units, 200 units of additional Affordable Housing, 400 workforce units, community-oriented retail, social services, and four acres of new public open space. The master plan includes creating new streets and sidewalks that will connect the campus to the street grid as well as building a new and more welcoming connection to the SEPTA station.

“I am excited by the transformation coming to West Park. During one of the worst housing crises the city has ever seen, we need to do everything we can to preserve and create affordable housing and provide low-income families with high quality, stable homes."
