Camille Kelleher

Camille is an Associate at MSquared, where she is responsible for the evaluation and execution of real estate development and investment opportunities.

 

 

Previously, she has worked in institutional real estate investing. Camille was an Investment Associate at Oaktree Capital Management in New York. She worked on underwriting investments across the firm’s real estate opportunities, debt, and income strategies and helped deploy over $750mm in the hotel, apartment, office, residential condominium, and industrial sectors. Camille started her career as an Acquisitions and Asset Management Analyst at Walton Street Capital in Chicago, where she prepared the financial analysis of acquisition targets ranging in product type and geography for a $1.3bn+ opportunistic fund.

 

 

Camille earned a B.B.A. in Real Estate and Finance and a Certificate in Environmental Studies from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 2018. She co-led the UW-Madison’s Slow Food chapter and remains involved in food justice today as a volunteer at GrowNYC. Camille is a Market Director for the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association.
