Micaela is an Associate at MSquared supporting the company’s development and investment businesses.
Prior to joining MSquared, Micaela was a Development Associate at SomeraRoad in New York where she focused on the underwriting, construction, and development of over 500 new construction multifamily units in Kansas City and Indianapolis. Prior to SomeraRoad, she was an associate at Jamestown L.P. where she worked on several large-scale mixed-use development projects including Atlanta’s Ponce City Market, Raleigh Iron Works, and Navy Yard Charleston.
She began her career at Madison International Realty, where she closed over $800 million of multifamily, retail, and office transactions across the Northeast.
Micaela received her B.A. in Urban Studies from Columbia University.
