Oyindamola is an Associate at MSquared, supporting the company’s investment and development businesses.
Prior to joining MSquared, Oyindamola was an Asset Management Associate at the Urban Investment Group at Goldman Sachs, where she helped manage over $2 billion in assets across a range of geographies and strategies, including opportunistic, core, and value-add investments in multifamily, office, retail, hotel, and industrial real estate. She was responsible for both balance sheet and third-party capital, with a particular focus on large-scale, master-planned, mixed-use developments. She also served as one of Goldman Sachs’ representatives to the Dallas Regional Chamber’s Young Professionals network. She began her career in the mortgage tax division at CoreLogic, where she gained early exposure to single-family real estate, property-level data analytics, and regulatory compliance across national markets.
Oyindamola holds a B.A. in International Economics and Finance from Austin College, with additional studies in German and Environmental Science.
