Arianna is an Associate at MSquared supporting the company’s development opportunities.
Before joining MSquared, Arianna was a Development Associate at Pennrose focused on underwriting, project management, and construction oversight for over 1,000 affordable and mixed-income units across New York State. Arianna started her career within marketing and business development roles, contributing to growing project pipelines for Gilbane Inc. and Dattner Architects.
Arianna received a MS in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate, and BA in Architectural Studies from Connecticut College. She is involved in New York Women Executives in Real Estate (WX) and The Goldie Initiative, both supporting the next generation of women in real estate.
